Head – Business Development
Svaya Robotics is seeking Head of Business Development to lead its efforts to develop and expand its robotics business with large accounts and develop channel partnerships across India and international markets. He will be responsible for driving multi-pronged sales strategy to develop comprehensive relationship with large accounts while also driving sales through distribution channels.
- Head end-to-end business development of Svaya’s robots
- Establish channel sales strategy and establish key distributors across India and international markets.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with key accounts.
- Present business development strategy, sales pipeline, and results to management.
- Deliver key business results while pioneering a relationship-based approach to accounts.
- Drive Svaya’s presence at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events.
- Co-ordinate with application and support teams to meet customer expectations and for effective account performance and sales.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Key Skills and Experience
- 15+ years of strategic sales experience in a B2B high-technology hardware-software sales.
- Strong sales leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept at forging partnerships across sales channels.
- Adept at selling high-tech solutions to large accounts.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel is a plus.
- Experience selling to large manufacturing enterprises.
BE/BTech with proven experience in sales and business development.
