Location: Hyderabad

Job Description

This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Executive role, on-site in Hyderabad with the following day-to-day tasks:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans
  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels
  • Communicate vacancies to potential candidates effectively
  • Create a positive employer brand by writing effective job descriptions and continuing to engage with candidates throughout the process
  • Coordinate and organize interviews and hiring actions.

Skills Required

  • Experience in Hiring, and Employer Branding
  • Experience in IT Recruitment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with Naukri, LinkedIn etc
  • Experience in Campus hiring is a plus.

Qualification

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is desirable.
  • Atleast 2+ years of experience in IT-Recruitment or Non-IT recruitment is desirable.
