Job Description
This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Executive role, on-site in Hyderabad with the following day-to-day tasks:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels
- Communicate vacancies to potential candidates effectively
- Create a positive employer brand by writing effective job descriptions and continuing to engage with candidates throughout the process
- Coordinate and organize interviews and hiring actions.
Skills Required
- Experience in Hiring, and Employer Branding
- Experience in IT Recruitment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in working with Naukri, LinkedIn etc
- Experience in Campus hiring is a plus.
Qualification
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is desirable.
- Atleast 2+ years of experience in IT-Recruitment or Non-IT recruitment is desirable.
