Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Operator with 2–6 years of experience in operating and setting up 3-axis or 5-axis CNC milling machines for precision component manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, achieving tolerances up to ±0.002 mm (2 microns), and have a proven background in high-precision job production.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis or 5-axis CNC milling machines for precision component manufacturing.
• Perform machine setting, tooling, and prove-out activities to ensure efficient production.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and process specifications accurately.
• Manufacture parts to stringent dimensional tolerances, achieving accuracies up to ±0.002 mm (2 microns).
• Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments and maintain quality standards.
• Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity and minimize rework.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and adhere to all safety and quality procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of CNC milling operations, cutting tools, and work-holding techniques.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and inspection reports.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
