Job Summary

Svaya Robotics is looking for Sr. Manager, who will be responsible to drive the team to take-up and implement end-to-end automation projects and custom solutions with Svaya’s robots and platform technology. He will be responsible to hire and mentor a diverse team of forward deployed engineers, application and support engineers. He will drive effective co-ordination with internal development and operations teams to take up pilots and successfully execute turnkey automation projects with customers and help expand the accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive team to take up and execute end-to-end human-scale robotic automation projects across industry verticals with Svaya robots and technology platform.

• Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to define, drive and effectively implement automation projects from pilots through commissioning.
• Hire and mentor engineers for diverse roles in robotic application engineering, customer support and field support.
• Drive team to provide effective pre and post sales technical support and work effectively with the sales team, distribution partners and internal development team.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the project deployments with customers and provide feedback to internal product teams to drive future developments.

• Enlist and build a strong eco-system of partners and vendors across EOAT, automation integration drivers and aggregates for effective project implementation.

Qualifications and Experience

• 15+ years of experience in deploying turnkey robotic automation solutions
• Exceptional communication, organizational and presentation skills
• A history of metrics driven decision making.

• Strong problem-solving skills
• A willingness to explore new technologies and unfamiliar concepts related to automation, robotics and Physical AI
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams of sales, marketing, field service and engineering

Education

BE/ BTech (or higher) in Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline
